"When i 1st started to weight train i weighed 55kg with very little muscle and strength, by myself i managed to gain 15kg to get to 70kg. However at this point i thought i looked good and in shape, little did i know that this was not clean weight and it was consisted to fat and water that was mostly retained around my stomach, back and hips. John made it his personal mission to show me where i was going wrong, he worked me hard as well teaching me about nutrition and has been very supportive throughout. Each workout that i have had John over the last year has always been challenging, varied and always see noticeable progression on all bodyparts. I now have knowledge of how each muscle works and a huge resourceful variation of exercises to target all areas. He sets me short and long term acheiveable targets to which he always makes me hit, he always encourages me whilst training and ensures that i give maximum effort to get those few extra reps out. John has a great understanding and knowledge of the importance of nutrition and has put together several diet plans to accomodate my goals such as Bulking, cutting suiting my personal tastes, economy and time constraints. His also explianed to me the meanings of Macro/Macro nutrients. As you can see from my pictures when i 1st started in Feb 13 to just before i went away on holiday in April 14 the huge difference i have made. One of John's best features as a personal trainer is his passion for fitness and health as this shines through in every aspect of his training and advice, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to make a serious change to their bodies and lives."
